Stirling Gin Distillery use nettles picked from around the castle along with basil and orange peel to achieve their clean and herby gin. Their range of liqueurs uses their original gin as a base so you do still get a decent amount of junipery goodness. The Green Lady is a part of their Folklore Collection is in memory of a lady in waiting to Mary Queen of Scots who's ghost is said to haunt Stirling castle since she sadly passed in a fire. Ghosts aside, this gin works particularly well if you fancy a sweeter mojito with none of the faff, the bramble and mint flavours work perfectly. Simply sub this in for rum and you're good to go! Batch strength vary for this one between 25-27% ABV.
