We call this rum a Scottish/Guyanese hybrid rum. It’s made using Guyanese rum that’s been smoked and spiced by the hip and trendy guys over at Sweetdram Distillery in Edinburgh. If when we say smoked you’re thinking of a smoky whisky, think again! It’s smoked using smoked figs and lapsang souchong (yes please!!) and spiced using cardamom and grains of paradise. We love this in a dark n stormy with lots of ice! Bottled at 41% ABV.
